Unless I’ve been living under a rock — which would not necessarily be out of the question in this borderline post-apocalyptic Covid-riddled world — Instagram released a very handy new feature for its users.
See the button at the top right there.
A “+” sign.
That’s new.
Now, we can directly upload and share photos from the Instagram website and therefore on laptops and desktop computers.
Previously, uploading images was only possible through the mobile apps for iPhone and Android smartphones (at least, natively). There were workarounds to upload from a computer, like apps or add-ons, but it’s nice to see this functionality natively added to Instagram now.
Kudos!
